Legoland Florida Hotel Reviews
for all the details and tips! We've got the scoop below, and photos of what to expect! And yes, we will be back (this review is NOT sponsored or promoted - we paid for our stay there!) Budget-wise, the price is comparable to what you would pay if you stayed off-site and had more than 2 places to stay.
Since the LEGOLAND Hotel is so close to the parks within walking distance and includes a bed + bunk bed in each room, the price is totally reasonable! Also, there are few rentals around, and a small number of hotels, which makes a stay at a LEGOLAND hotel very reasonable.
Verdict Yes, it's worth it to stay at a LEGOLAND property for the full Lego vacation experience! For starters, the theme is amazing, and truly unlike any other hotel I've stayed at (yes, that includes most Disney and Universal, except for the rare Dino/Rapture rooms I couldn't confirm!) the standard room at LEGOLAND.
Legoland Florida Hotel Room (Pros And Cons)
The hotel is very similar to the Pirate Hotel next door. There are two areas, these areas are not separated by a door, and one has cribs and the other has a Queen/King Bed. In the middle of the two sections is the toilet and storage cupboard.

There is also a small stool in the bathroom for children. And yes, I put my toe on it, so it gets one star in this review. So technically there are separate sleeping areas for 5 people, but everything is still in the same room.
There are tons of things to do in the room that this three year old really appreciates! There's a collection with a secret code to open the prize box (and there's a new prize every day!) There are also readings inside the room to play with, and the kids get their own TV.
You'll find the standard channels on the TV, but our favorite is that you can include the LEGO movies. It was a lifesaver on a rainy day. I prefer the LEGOLAND Hotel for my kids because it comes with Duplo Legos, it's a little easier to get to and the bed seems firmer than what's offered at the Pirate Hotel.

The catch, of course, is that these basic rooms don't have doors (you can upgrade to a suite). And I wish it was like a curtain or something. But we appreciate the space and make it work! Even outside the halls, the party continues! Since the theme park closes quite early, there are many activities to explore in the area.
We met a lot of characters here, and it's a really fun experience to do outside the parks. Also, there is much less stress and the children are much calmer. At the exit there is a pool made of LEGO water bricks, a putt putt course and then a nature walk along a boardwalk.

Low key, the nature walk steals the show with beautiful views and massive cypress growing between the trails! It is a treasure for sure. The design of the hotel is unique as it is actually a regular LEGOLAND hotel in addition to the Pirate hotel, which means it shares some food.
You can easily walk to the LEGOLAND Hotel and enjoy Skyline Cafe for lunch or dinner, followed by Bricks Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. OR you can go to the Pirates side and enjoy the Shipwreck Restaurant for Breakfast or Dinner. You'll find most of your lunch options in the parks, and you can even go to Publix across the street to grab some goodies!

Oh, and of course, you can have things delivered. There are some restaurants around the resort! This website is completely independent from Disney World (and its parent companies) and is in no way sponsored, affiliated or sponsored by Disney. All opinions expressed here are my own.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and saved me from all my fears. Psalms 34:4 Just steps (literally) from LEGOLAND Florida is one of Florida's most unique hotels. In this LEGOLAND Florida Hotel review, we open the doors to this family-friendly getaway (you're welcome, parents) that specializes in having so much to do that the kids are completely exhausted before bed.
Now, for full disclosure, we went to the Legoland Florida Hotel as a group of two adults, which is certainly permitted, but not the hotel's target audience. That said, if you're an adult planning a trip to LEGOLAND (buy your own LEGOLAND tickets here) and want to stay at the hotel, I'd recommend it, and I'll explain why later.

LEGOLAND Hotel Florida is located in a town called Winter Haven (the actual address is 1 LEGOLAND Way, of course), which is 45 minutes from the other theme parks. You can find information on how to get to LEGOLAND in my LEGOLAND Florida post. Since the hotel and LEGOLAND itself are literally right next to each other, the advice applies to everyone.
To get the best deals for the LEGOLAND hotel, I want to book the hotel through booking.com with free cancellation. The first thing you'll want to remember is your travel insurance documents, especially if you're coming from abroad. Travel insurance can help you get your money back if your flights are canceled, your bags get lost, or a million other travel nightmares affect your trip.
When it comes to what to pack for LEGOLAND Hotel Florida, you'll want to make sure you have plenty of cute backpacks for the kids to carry their stuff, bathing suits for the whole family to use the pool, and reusable water bottles. bottles so you don't have to buy them when you go to the park.
The first advantage of staying at the LEGOLAND Hotel is, of course, its proximity to LEGOLAND. It is right next to it and you can walk out of the hotel doors in the morning and be in the park in 2-3 minutes. There is also an express ticket for LEGOLAND Hotel guests to help with busy days.
