Breakfast was a bit poor by American standards. The nearest metro station is a short walk with luggage.

Everything was clean and beautiful. Overall, very good and good hotel. Would stay there again. We got an extra bed for free. The breakfast buffet was $17.99 and the usual hotel standard was included elsewhere. The walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed…no big deal though.
Utility areas were thoroughly cleaned. The staff was wonderful. Parking was free and close by. A short lift to the monuments. Lots of good restaurants and groceries nearby. Bathroom and fridge are not very clean. Free breakfast cereal bowl. The location and staff are outstanding!
I was served by Yanni, Ocean and Erik. The customer service was top notch. I will only mention the service! I really appreciate it! The furniture is old and slightly damaged. The shower was completely blocked and the towels smelled but looked clean. Staff were nice and helpful, not the right amount of coffee in the room, not enough creamer.

Terrible coffee, disappointing restaurant...ordered a burger medium rare and it came raw; It took a long time;...we saw the bartender coming back with a bag of groceries after getting his pass and wondered if we should go to the store to buy some kitchen supplies...we had to wait for ketchup.
Translations Disclaimer
The climate control in the room was very cold and could not be adjusted Basic rooms, bathrooms not clean. Mold around pipes. My room was available to them when I tried to check in early, but they said they could give me an early check out for $50+ tax.
I have never been charged by a hotel for early check-in. They have a place, or they don't. When I asked for an hour late checkout, they said it was only possible if I shared my email address, mailing address, and signed up for their loyalty program.
Also, around 3am, I was woken up by a group of drunken guests talking and shouting loudly. I had to call reception - the noise stopped as soon as I complained. I don't like that you pay so much for your attitude and your attitude doesn't include braking.
You have to pay separately when you are ready to eat. Wish there was better parking. Being a 3 star hotel, some things are not quite right. Although this is not a problem, you can hear other guests through the walls. The rain cooled and never warmed up again.
