The woman who took my reservation worked hard and was friendly. However, many problems occurred when trying to complete the transaction. Sounds like a computer problem. If the user entered their credit card number, several problems occurred. Someone had reserved a room while we were trying to reserve it.
It looked like a credit card problem, but it wasn't. At first, she did not appear on the screen. When checking into the hotel, the reservation is confirmed. However, instead of $108, the fee was $152.95 Canadian. More than the exchange rate against the US dollar.
Additionally, 10 were billed at $9.99 each for a total of $99.99. The hotel was unable to remove pending charges. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BOOK ONLY AT THE HOTEL. Good day! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with booking your reservation.

I can't believe the motel can't make a reservation. The people I contacted did not help me. Example I called that 1-800 and said the motel I wanted, I was told the motel was booked (wrong) the motel receptionist said they had rooms available. I told him he never checked, said it was a lot, said he would find another place Cheers Dean!
